Corporate lawyer by day, children’s author by night, Marianne introduces me to the REAL Hamish McGruff and chats about creativity, balance, and writing her debut novel. "By day, Marianne Rose can be found with cold coffee in hand, reading complex contracts as a corporate lawyer. She's worked and travelled all over Australia before settling in Perth with her hubby, Max, and the real Hamish McGruff.
By night, Marianne can be found with a petit pinot in hand, writing curiosity-driven children's books and deciding what colour the real Hamish McGruff mohawk should be next. (Currently, it's red!)
As Marianne loves a challenge she thought she'd try her hand at the new experience of writing her debut book, and she's looking forward to the challenge of writing the next one."
